HOW TO GET A WHOLESALE QUOTE:

  To give you a wholesale quote, we need to know:

1. exactly which of our models you want,
2. what Ballistic Protection Level, for vest and / or Rifle Plates
3. and in what quantity for each item!

We cannot quote you unless we know what you want!

PRODUCTION and DELIVERY TIME

We are MUCH quicker than most armor manufacturers but would appreciate as much lead time as possible.

Unless noted as a Made-to-Order item, sample orders can be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Depending on our inventory and production schedule, quantity orders can be shipped in as little as 4 weeks from receipt of payment for smaller orders, to a month or two for larger orders (more time if several hundred units or custom design work involved). Air delivery reaches most parts of the globe within 2 - 5 business days. Always allow extra time to clear Customs in your country.

SAMPLES

Small sample orders are produced and shipped at regular retail prices, as costs are much higher for small orders. Our most popular models and sizes are available for immediate shipment, some models/sizes made-to-order in 2 to 6 weeks. Our standard retail money-back Satisfaction Guarantee applies to sample orders - you can return an item for a 100% refund (less shipping costs), as long as the product is in a resaleable condition.

ALL WHOLESALE SALES FINAL

Other than small sample orders at retail prices, all orders in quantity or wholesale-priced are non-cancellable. Purchase Orders may only be terminated for gross, material default.

SHIPPING

We quote FOB Austin, Texas but we are happy to calculate exact shipping costs upon your firm order. Rest assured, we spend time actively shopping for the best shipping rates for your wholesale needs.

EXPORT REGULATIONS & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping Level III and IV RIFLE Plates outside the US requires a U.S. State Department export permit which can take 3 weeks to 2 months, generally at least a month. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

Level II-A, Level II and Level III-A Body Armor generally does NOT require a Bureau of Industry & Security export license to most countries.

PAYMENT TERMS

Small orders are 100% prepaid. All wholesale quotations include a discount for bank wire payment - add 3.5% to quote if paying by credit card. To start your quantity order we need a 25% to 50% non-refundable deposit, depending on the item. This is required as we make-to-order a particular model to the size, protection level, color, and other specifications you require.

We start an order only upon receipt of the deposit.

Any delivery commitment we make is counted from the date of RECEIPT of your deposit. (International wire transfers may take 3 or more business days to arrive.)
